First Class Dealership I have been a loyal Lexus of London customer for close to two years now. Their service, parts departments & related staff are first class and they are the only dealer I let service my 2005 Lexus ES 330 and I am a fussy customer. Although I did not purchase my Lexus from them, when the time comes for my nextLexus I will be dealing with Tim Felsky in your sales department. Tim is a professional, a fellow car enthusiast that shares a passion for the product line he represents. I have sent him referrals in the past and will continue to do so in the future. It should be mentioned that I am also a senior moderator for an international Lexus enthusiast site called Lexusownersclub.com. I highly recommend to our Southwestern Ontario members (and surrounding areas) to give the good people at Lexus of London a call whether it be sales, service or parts as I am confident they will be well looked after as I have & continue to be. Excellent Customer Service! I came to see Tim Felsky about a 2010 Toyota Matrix AWD XR and he wasted no time and gave me the information I needed and was very courteous. This dealership was very well maintained and the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted by the receptionist and that made me feel welcomed. Keep up the good work!

This was an internet sale – sight unseen since the closest Lexus dealer was over 1,000km away. Tim Felsky helped me understand the options and select the car I wanted. His initial price was reasonable and we settled on a final price in 2 email exchanges. He then arranged to pick my wife and myself up at Pearson airport and brought us to London to pick up the car. Overall a most enjoyable experience – first time I haven’t felt screwed after the deal is finished.

The Buying Process: I went to Car Cost Canada and got the invoice price report for the Prius. CCC had a recommended dealer here in London, Tim Felsky of Toyota Town. Since I know I’m not terribly good at in-person negotiations, but am good at having a sense of fairness and at working numbers, I added in a reasonable profit margin to the CCC invoice price, and sent it to Tim. He was able to work with it, and I went in to put down a deposit. It was just that easy.
